		<description>Even after running for six months now, and knowing that I&#039;ve gotten better than I was when I first started, I&#039;ve been finding it hard to progress.  I still have to pause and catch my breath; I still break into a walk for a block or so sometimes; I haven&#039;t expanded my mileage like serious runners would have to do if they planned to enter a race or something.

I&#039;m fine with it because I enjoy what I&#039;m doing, but I&#039;m definitely not any type of hardcore, long-distance runner (and I doubt I&#039;ll ever be).</description>
